The Club

General Rules & Policies

Residents must be in “Good Standing” with the NTRCA office to enter the facility or register for any programs.
New Territory has policies in place in order to maintain high property values as well as a high quality of life for our residents.  All children under the age of ten must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older and cannot be left unattended anywhere in the facility.  Residents ages ten and older must have their Club ID.  If you have forgotten your Club ID card, you may use your government issued ID.  If have lost your card, a replacement card is $10.00 and may be purchased at The Club front desk.  Residents may have two (2) guests accompany them at The Club for $6.00 per guest per visit.  Using someone else’s Club ID Card is grounds for suspension for both parties.  Shirt/shoes must be worn at all times in all areas of the Club. NTRCA facilities are non-smoking facilities. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on The Club grounds unless sanctioned by Club management.  No recreational devices with wheels are allowed in the building – bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, etc. Fighting, foul language, disrespect to staff, vandalism, and horseplay will not be tolerated and are grounds for Club suspension.  Bouncing balls are permitted in the gym only.  Belongings left in the facility will be considered abandoned property and turned in to lost and found.

Program/Event Rules

Requests for refunds will be considered for only medical reasons and must be accompanied with a doctor’s note.  Refunds will be issued in the event The Club cancels an event, program, or league.  The Club will not refund a day or days lost due to forces beyond the staff’s control.  At the time of enrollment, participants will receive program rules and guidelines.  We reserve the right to add or edit program rules or guidelines depending on learned situations.

Gymnasium Rules

No Dunking or hanging on the basketball rims.  Violation of these rules will result in an automatic seven (7) day suspension.  No food or drinks are allowed in the gym.  Participants of club sponsored leagues may bring sports drinks and/or water into the gym at the time of practice or during their games.  Any actions or language deemed abusive by The Club staff will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the facility. (No refunds will be given to guests who are asked to leave the facility).  Sports specific equipment will be allowed in the gym during open gym times. I.E. basketballs, volleyballs, badminton (No footballs or tennis balls are allowed in the gym).  A ten minute warning will be given at the end of open gym time.  Residents and guests must exit the gym at the staff’s request; failure to do so may result in suspension from the club.

Weight Room Rules

No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the fitness center.  Residents ages 13-15 will be allowed in the fitness room with a current weight certification card.    Anyone found in the fitness center under the age of 16 or without a current weight certification will automatically be subject to a three (3) day suspension.  Personal trainers for our residents or their guests must be a certified trainer under contract with NTRCA.  Cardio equipment is limited to 30 minutes at a time.  Residents and guests must sign in on the clipboards with the date and time of arrival.  Towels are provided at the Club front desk.  These towels should be used to wipe down the machines and to help with hygiene.  Appropriate workout attire is required in the fitness room.  No street clothes or free flowing clothes.  Shoes must be closed toed; sandals & flip-flops are strictly prohibited.  All weights must be re-racked when you are finished using them.  Eating is not allowed in the weight room.  Fighting will NOT be tolerated.  Lockers are provided for day use only.  Residents and guests are responsible for providing their own lock and removing the lock daily.  Items found in lockers will be placed in the lost and found.  We encourage personal hygiene.  To keep the weight room pleasant for all, air freshener may be sprayed at the staff’s discretion.

Adult Night Rules

No one under the age of twenty-one (21) will be allowed in the facilities during adult night hours including children of resident(s).  A government issued ID will be required to verify the age of guests.  A Club ID card must be shown to enter the facility.   Government issued ID will be accepted if you have forgotten your Club ID card.  Residents must accompany their guest into the facility.  Guests may not retrieve a resident from inside the facility.  Gymnasium rules apply to adult night.

Pool & SprayParkRules

New Territory spray park and pools are for the use of residents and their guests.  All residents age ten (10) and older must have a valid Club card to enter the pool area, regardless of whether they will swim or not.  Life guards on duty have authority over the pool and its patrons.  The following rules are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone using our facilities.

Pool Guests
Residents must accompany their guest at all times while using the pools.  Guest will not be admitted without a resident.  Residents must present Club card upon entry to the pools.  Residents may bring up to nine (9) guests and will be charged $3/guest for all guests over the age of ten.  Guest fees must be paid with a punch card which can be purchased at The Club in increments of $3, $12, and $24. 

Children
Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied at all times by an adult, eighteen (18) or older.  Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising the baby pool which allows only non-swimmers under the age of six (6).  Only small flotation devices will be allowed in the pool. 

Swimwear
Proper swimwear is required at all times.  Inappropriate bathing suits and loose clothing is strictly prohibited.  Swim diapers are required for children that are not potty trained. 

Diving/Water Slide
No diving in the shallow end of the pool (5ft of water or less) and divers must dive straight off board, not off the side.  No swimming in slide/diving area of pool.  No hanging from slide, diving board, or ropes.  One person allowed on diving board/water slide at once.  No goggles or swim masks permitted while diving/sliding. 

General Expectations
No glass, running, rough play, foul language, loud music, pets, persons with open sores, alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs, or gambling will be tolerated at pools.  Food and drinks must be kept six (6) feet from the water.  Lifeguards may disallow unsafe items, only appropriate pool toys are allowed.  No hard balls, super soakers, or water guns.  No swimming after pool hours unless scheduled previously with Quality Aquatics Pool Management.  No unauthorized persons allowed in lifeguard posts.  Abandoned belonging will be turned into the lost and found.  Each hour a ten (10) min safety break will be enforced and everyone under eighteen (18) must exit the water.  All facilities close in the event of a thunder/lightening warning. 

Spray Park
To operate spray park press lightly on the red sensor button at the front of the park.  Repeated hitting/banging on the button will result in a twenty (20) min system shut down.  No lifeguard on duty, parent supervision required.  Do not consume the water or climb on the equipment.  Surfaces may be hot, footwear is recommended.  No food/drinks allowed on spray pad.  Spray park may be closed without notice for maintenance or repairs. 

Guest Policy & Fees

New Territory offers the following types of guest passes and encourage residents and their guest to use the facilities.  Residents will receive one free guest pass per year per account.  Yearly complimentary guest passes will be available at The Club front desk.

Facility Guests
Residents must accompany all guests.  Guest will not be admitted into the facilities with out a resident.  Guest passes are honored by The Club gym and fitness center only.  Residents will be allowed two (2) guests and will be charged a guest fee of $6/visit for all visitors age 10 and up.  Residents must remain with their guests at all times.  Guest will be required to provide a state issued ID and must fill out an emergency contact form before being admitted into the facility.  Once admitted, guest will be issued an ID sticker which must be worn at all times while in the facility.

Seven Day Guest Pass
Guest passes must be purchased by a resident for guests age 10 and older. Guest passes are $15 and will be honored at The Club facility and pools for seven consecutive days.  Resident must provide all guest names, address, ages, and phone numbers at the time of purchase.  Guests must present their Club card upon entry to the facilities. 

Summer Guest Pass
Summer guest pass must be purchased by a resident for guests age 10 and older.  Summer guest passes are $150 and will be honored at The Club facility and pools from June 1-August 31.  Passes will not be prorated.  Resident must provide all guest names, address, ages, and phone numbers at the time of purchase.  Guests must present their Club card upon entry to the facilities. 

Extended Family Guest Requirements
Extended family guest pass must be purchased by a resident and a limit of two (2) extended family guest passes are allowed per account.  At the time of purchase, extended family member must present a picture ID and proof of residency.  Extended family member must present their Club issued ID card upon entering the facility.

Any guest found to be in violation of The Club policies will be asked to leave the facility resulting 2 weeks suspension.  Upon the second violation guest will be permanently banned from the facility.
