The Club at New Territory Pool & Spray Park Rules

New Territory has policies in place in order to maintain high property values as well as a high quality of life for our residents.  With these goals in mind the New Territory spray park and pools are for the use of residents and their guests.  All residents age ten (10) and under must have a valid Club card to enter the pool area, regardless of whether they will swim or not.  Life guards on duty have authority over the pool and its patrons.  The following rules are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone using our facilities.

Pool Guests
Residents must accompany their guest at all times while using the pools.  Guest will not be admitted without a resident.  Residents must present Club card upon entry to the pools.  Residents may bring up to nine (9) guests and will be charged $3/guest for all guests over the age of ten.  Guest fees must be paid with a punch card which can be purchased at The Club in increments of $3, $12, and $24.

Children
Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied at all times by an adult, eighteen (18) or older.  Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising the baby pool which allows only non-swimmers under the age of six (6).  Only small floatation devices will be allowed in the pool.

Swimwear
Proper swimwear is required at all times.  Inappropriate bathing suits and loose clothing is strictly prohibited.  Swim diapers are required for children that are not potty trained.

Diving/Water Slide

General Expectations
No glass, running, rough play, foul language, loud music, pets, persons with open sores, alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs, or gambling will be tolerated at pools.  Food and drinks must be kept six (6) feet from the water.  Lifeguards may disallow unsafe items, only appropriate pool toys are allowed.  No hard balls, super soakers, or water guns.  No swimming after pool hours unless scheduled previously with Quality Aquatics Pool Management.  No unauthorized persons allowed in lifeguard posts.  Abandoned belonging will be turned into the lost and found.  Each hour a ten (10) min safety break will be enforced and everyone under eighteen (18) must exit the water.  All facilities close in the event of a thunder/lightening warning.
