One of the many advantages of living in New Territory is the variety of amenities available here.  New Territory’s master plan includes 450 acres of parks, recreation centers, lakes and greenbelts.  Another exclusive amenity is our contracted private deputy patrol service.  The deputies are employed by the Fort Bend County Constable, Precinct 4 department and supplement the standard patrol services which are already provided and paid for by our county taxes. New Territory is a family oriented community and providing quality recreation programs is a high priority.  A major focal point of this commitment is the 18,000 square foot Club facility which houses a full size gymnasium, weight/fitness room, full service kitchen, locker rooms and meeting/multi-purpose rooms.  A beautiful swimming pool with a cabana, a playground, eight-lighted tennis courts, a Tennis Pro Shop, regulation sports fields and beautiful landscaping all add the finishing touches to the complex.

Complementing the Club is the Sports Complex which is home to 4 baseball/softball fields, 9 soccer fields, a playground, snack bar, and giant pavilion.  In addition to the Club pool, three other conveniently located Recreation Centers (Cunningham Creek, Ellis Creek and Anderson Park) have pools and two have lighted tennis courts.  And, pocket parks are strategically located in several neighborhoods throughout the community.
