Another exclusive amenity is our contracted private deputy patrol service. The deputies are employed by precinct 4 of the Fort Bend County Constable's office and supplement the standard patrol services which are already provided and paid for by our county taxes.
New Territory is a family oriented community and provides quality recreation programs for its residents. A major focal point of this commitment is the 18,000 square foot Club facility which houses a full size gymnasium, weight/fitness room, locker rooms and meeting/multi-purpose rooms. A beautiful swimming pool with a cabana, a playground, eight-lighted tennis courts, a Tennis Pro Shop, regulation sports fields and beautiful landscaping all add the finishing touches to the complex. |

Complementing the Club is the Sports Complex which is home to 4 baseball/softball fields, 9 soccer fields, a playground, snack bar, and giant pavilion. In addition to the Club pool, three other conveniently located Recreation Centers (Cunningham Creek, Ellis Creek and Anderson Park) have pools and two have lighted tennis courts. And, pocket parks are strategically located in several neighborhoods throughout the community.
