Among the many features that attract families to
 locate in New Territory are the beautiful parks, playground, pools and other outdoor facilities and activities.
New Territory has three major parks, the largest being Pecan Park. Carved out of an old Pecan Orchard and located next to Clayton Lake, Pecan Park has two pavilions, bar-b-que grills, a gazebo (on the lake) which provides a picturesque "Kodak Moment" setting, a playground area for the kids, and acres of space for games of all kinds. Concerts in the Park attract many residents to Pecan Park during the summer months.

Our parks are for the enjoyment of residents. In order to keep them as places that we all want to visit, certain rules should be observed. Residents may reserve one of the pavilions or the gazebo for personal use. A $100.00 refundable deposit and a Park Rental Agreement are required to be submitted to the NTRCA office prior to reserved use of those facilities. The forms are provided here for your convenience. Parks cannot be reserved without the deposit.
