Modification Handbook revised and renamed "Homeowner Handbook"
The Compliance Review Committee, appointed by the NTRCA Board, met regularly during 2006 with two tasks: 1) revise the Deed Restriction Violation letters and 2) review and update the Modification Handbook. The major goal of the committee was not to add a lot of content to the Handbook but rather to make it easier to use by restructuring it and clarifying many of the items.
Renamed the Homeowner Handbook 2007 the restructuring includes creation of three (3) separate sections:
- Deed Restrictions
- Landscape Maintenance
- Modifications and Improvements
The Board approved the Handbook at the April 2007 Open Board meeting
