Fee Schedule Effective January 2007

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (C0C)
This document is required. The COC assures the buyer that all modifications have received Association approval and that there are no outstanding deed restriction violations.  The document is completed with a formal written request at least 14 days prior to the closing of a home.  The information provided is based on an onsite inspection of the home.  All requests must be made in writing (no phone requests will be accepted).  Certificates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.  If the house needs to be re-inspected the re-inspection will be valid for up to 90 days from date of the original issuance.

RESALE CERTIFICATE
The documents will be completed within 7 to 10 business days with a formal written request.  The information provided is based on the current status of the Association's operations and is subject to change.  All requests must be made in writing (no phone request will be accepted).  Certificates are valid as of the date of issuance.

Returned Check Charge (NSF Fee)

All payments must be made with a cashier's check or money order.  Personal checks will not be accepted.  All requests must be accompanied with a payment

TRANSFER or REFINANCE FEES
These fees are to be collected at closing.  Fees are associated with the administration costs to prepare required documents requested by the mortgage lender as well as updating Association records
