Boot Camp: The ultimate workout - overall cardio and strength adventure
Beaucoup Bosu: Cardio, interchanging bosu ball activities with weights
Yogalates: A combination of yoga and Pilates in one class
Super Sculpt: Total body conditioning and toning using weights and resistance tubing
Dance Like the Stars: Join a professional dancer and explore a variety of dance styles each week to keep you fit
Aqua Divas: Water aerobics in our HEATED pool - designed to cause less stress on the body and joints
Slow Burn Yoga: Power Vinyasa (flow) Yoga for overall strength and flexibility
