First Colony Swim Team (FCST) offers year round competitive swimming for all ages coached by professional, award-winning coaches.  Train and compete with swimmers on your level.  Masters adult swimming, novice, and conditioning for teenagers is also available.  Tryouts are ongoing throughout the year and must be scheduled with a FCST coach.  For information about evaluations contact Coach Martinez at or for more information about FCST email
