Home Improvements
When you do major additions to the outside of your home or landscaping, you must get approval and the Modification Handbook gives guidance on what the Association lists as acceptable.
Fees Schedule
This is a list of fees charged by the Association, such as for processing the documents necessary for selling your home, newsletter art creation, assessment payment plan, return check.

New Territory is requesting bids for the following projects. If your company has expertise and experience in any of these areas and would like to submit a bid, please click on the above hyperlink to see what projects there are and follow the instructions. Bids submitted that do not follow the guidelines or are not complete will not be considered.

Once bids have been received and opened, the bids will be awarded according to NTRCA guidelines.
